ICON9 Trial - Check up the fifth
Another month, another check up. This sort of drama-free regularity I can live with. A small handful of excitements this last month - a second Pfizer jab followed by some side-effect misery for 2-3 days but then bounce back to this new normal; a week out of London in Devon following the April 12 relaxation of Covid restrictions; and a related spate of shop visiting. I had a haircut in Devon, an outdoor pub lunch in the sun, went into the deli, the veg shop and the chemist's. I've been so Covid-cosseted by family that I'd forgotten what it's like to have payment card receipts in my purse. Meanwhile, the olaparib goes down twice a day at 9am and 9pm. I tend to feel a bit sick by two hours after - elevenses helps in the morning and if I'm lucky I'm off to sleep in the evening. Some days are more nauseous than others, some less.
